When you refer a friend, they will receive a link to purchase with a special discount that will automatically apply to their first order, and you'll receive a reward too.
Simply share your unique referral link with friends and family. You can find your referral link on the referral page.
You can track all your referrals and their status through the rewards page. It will show you how many friends you've referred and which ones have completed a purchase.
No, there is no limit! You can refer as many friends as you'd like and earn rewards for each successful referral.
When your friend clicks on your referral link, the discount will be automatically applied to their cart at checkout. No coupon code needed.
The referral program is designed for new customers. Friends who have already made a purchase may not be eligible for the referral discount.
You'll receive a notification and your reward will be automatically added to your account once your friend completes their first purchase using your referral link.
It's rare, but every once in a while a referral doesn't go through. Usually it's one of these:
- Your friend has shopped with us before, so the new-customer reward doesn't apply
- Their order didn't quite meet the minimum the referral requires
- Their order was canceled or refunded after they placed it
- Our anti-fraud system blocked it (this is automatic and we don't see every case, so if you think it's a mistake, just ask)
